Return Window
Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a standard return, merchandise should generally be:

- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Free from visible signs of use
- Returned with original tags or packaging where reasonably applicable

Hygiene & Final-Sale Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, certain opened, worn, personalized, clearance, or specifically marked final-sale products may not be eligible for return.
Any applicable restriction will be communicated where appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that appears damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when possible.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and reviewed, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary after a refund has been submitted.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return results from an error attributable to us or applicable law requires otherwise.
